problem with jpeg

Hi,
i did a first try with the software and did all the steps showen in the workflow
but after i made the reload, auto transition, deflicker and save and go to LR I take off the filter (of stars) , i see all the images , select all and make the "read metadata from file" and there is the problem -
all the changes i made in the keyframe doesn't go for all files and also changes in the key frame are disappeares
actually i see all the files with no changes in the deveope model and it's just like the photos original captured.

i work with lrtimelapse 3.2.1 and LR 5.2

second question - how i can change the crop if i want for example - all the crop will be from the sky and not 50% up and 50% down of the picture

Did you do the "Read Metadata" from the Library? You should!
See here for othere possible reasons:
http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-meta...ng-applied

You can change the crop - but I would not recommend, animating it in LR/LRT but rather export in a bigger resolution and do it in the video post processing.

finally i found a solution and i suggest you will put it in the workflow - before i started the process i convert all the jpeg to DNG files

in LR :
library>convert photo to DNG

then copy just the dng files to new folder and start workflow in the dng folder

i spent a lot of time to find out why the software didn't make the xmp files to the jpegs

LRTimelapse works with JPGs equally. The XMP data is then just written right into the files according to the specifications of Adobe. Normally there is no need to convert JPGs to DNG.
