Could you possibly suggest me a free program to convert a video track into a Time Lipse
Does Adobe's LightRoom classic also respond to this?
Or ?
I used the Microsoft one (Microsoft Hyperlapse Pro) but not having activated it it leaves me with the writing at the bottom right which is truly BAD.

So you just want to speed up the video? You can use any video editing program for this, for example Davinci Resolve, there is even a free version of it. Apart from that Movie Maker, or iMovie should do it too.

If you want to separate Video Tracks in single images (JPG), you could use the import from video feature in LRTimelapse.
