Update to V7.2 Problems LRT scales 3:2 images automatically

Hi Gunther,
I had some problems updating to V7.2. When I started the installed version (7.1), the window appeared with a note about the new version. But I could neither reject nor accept the installation. I also couldn't close the program. I then downloaded V7.2 and installed it manually. The same problem occurred with the DNG converter. Were there similar problem reports?

Then I noticed with V7.2 that I could no longer render a video from 3:2 images at 1920 x 1480. When Full HD is selected, the video is scaled to 1620 x 1080, but this cannot be changed. In earlier versions, with 3:2 material and Full HD selected, the video was rendered at 1920 x 1480. Is there a way to reset this somewhere?

Thanks,
Hans

Hi Hans,
if you render in 1080p (Full HD) in 3:2, then the "1080" in 1080p indicates that the output needs to be 1080 in height. This is per definition. It was different in LRTimelape 4 and older I guess, but this changed a long time ago.
I'd recommend you export in larger sizes or directly in the desired 16:9 aspect ratio.

Regarding the modal "new version" dialogs, they seem to get confused on some systems when multiple of those are shown at the same time (the active one sometimes goes below) - I will check that and try to fix it.
