Much appreciated for the fast response Gunther. I've posted on the qDDB forum and maybe there will be some information on camera support.

I will see what I can find out about the Canon's ability to be triggered by an external intervelometer while connected via Wifi or USB. Not really sure how to figure that out, to be honest, but will start the chase.

Really loving your products and tutorials. Incredible stuff.

Chuck, I am still working through the issues. I have always been wary of the battery drain of using wifi for QDSLR with the R5 so I have opted to use a USB-C cable to an android beater phone I picked up from a friend. It seems to work well but I am working through some issue I believe deal with a loose cable. Meaning once I get it working if I don't touch the phone, it seems to work just fine. Not sure if this is any help to you, but thought I would pass it on.

By the way, how did you get a working copy of QDSLR on the iPhone? I used to have it then the TestFlight expired and I was never able to get it back--and was told that QDSLR on the iPhone was essentially dead.

Doing my second TL with the R5 tonight---will play with the cable more to see if it is a cable issue or a phone connection issue.
