Why don't you try which one works better for you? I work with nikon and I prefer using Wifi. But I think it depends on your setup and preferences.

Both work.
Cable in theory maybe more stable but ive never seen that.
Advantages of WiFi is you can power the camera and if needed tablet from the USB sockets if needed whilst shooting.
