Visual preview is on but shows as a yellow line in the bottom of the window with percentages between 0 and 3% with some blue dots appearing momentarily. I checked the log to find this:

Lrtimelapse seems to be blocked from accessing your file system. Please check your virus scanner configuration, add LRT and the DNG Converter to the whitelist. Additionally you can try to put the timelapse sequences on a fast internal ssd, which would also help.
