Hello,

I have noticed with LrTimelapse 6 that for some sequences, calculating the transitions does not work. I tried remove all edits, initializing the sequence again but had no success.

I've noticed it a few times. I assume it has to do with copying the editing settings from one sequence to another.

Do you have any idea how avoid / circumvent this?

This can happen if the changes in values are too big to fit a curve, I cannot see this from the screenshot.
Please double check which changes you are doing.
Starting over via "Metadata / Initialize" in LRT and removing the sequence from Lightroom is a good idea.
Then try to take care to always use the sync script to bring the settings from one keyframe to the next and only do changes.

If the problems persist, please send the log file after getting this error (info menu / show log).

Thanks for your feedback! I am planning a longer editing session during the next days and will report back when the problem comes up, again.

I have encountered this situation again. Please find a screenshot of the sequence attached as well as the log information. How I see it, there should be no trouble with the calculation as there is enough space between the keyframes and the edits are not too crazy.

Sorry, I can't see the screenshot.
Can you please try redoing the sequence by removing it from Lightroom and doing "Metadata / Initialize". Then try again the whole workflow, If the problem occurs again, click on "ALL" above the preview to see all curves in the preview and see if there is anothing that looks strange. Attach a screenshot (you can upload it directly here in the forum also at the bottom of the post you'll find the option).

Will do and report back here!

It took some time for me to get back to editing. But I immediately encountered the error again. I am attaching a screenshot as well as the log.

Do you have any idea what's causing the Java error here?

Those curves look very strange. Do you by chance have Keyframes that are really, really close to each other (on adjacent images) - please double check.
I'd give the editing a fresh start via "Metadata / Initialize" in LRT and removing the sequence from Lightroom.
Then, when editing make sure to use the keyframes wizard to create the keyframes and when editing in Lightroom, edit from left to right and always use the sync script to bring the edits from one keyframe to the next before modifying.

Yes, this solved the problem - but I still think, there might be something that causing this issue inside LrTimelapse 6. It never happened to me before.

I keep an eye on it and report back with more information when I am encountering this issue, again!

If you try to fit a curve to connect points, there is always a threshold until which this will work. If the points are really close to each other in the X-Axis (keyframes really close to each other) and Jump really far on the Y-Axis (developments jumping from 0 to 100 for example) then the algorithm can fail calculating a smooth curve and you get this message.
Nothing changed in this from LRT 5 to 6.
