has anyone every tried working with immersive content. Within the next weeks I should get the Canon Dual Fisheye lens. It takes in one photo two views, nearly the distance of the right and left eye.

In LRTimelapse you need to handle each side separately (in 2 different folders). Start with one eye, after editing, you can copy the whole edits from the first folder the second sequence from the other eye. If necessary, refine deflicker there.
Then you can export and render those 2 videos and later combine them to an immersive video with an appropriate software.
