hello you all

I face a little issue as when I right-click on a folder in the folder tree under the preview window, there's nothing happening and I can't display the sub menu usually accessible when right clicking on a folder.

I'm using a M2 macbook air, running on MacOS VENTURA (13.6.1) and LRTimelapse 6.5.3


I must say I dont face it on my older macbook air Intel also running on MacOS VENTURA

Dies this happen with all folders? Or do you get the menu on some?
Please double check and send me the log file (info menu) after this ocurrs.

Im really surprised, because I test a lot on the Silicon Macs and have zero problems there.

yeah it does occur with each folder. I tried to add another folder in my "preferred list" but same result

Of course, I didnt mention it but my right click works in the Mac OS finder or any other apps

Is this the full log? I don't think so. If you don't want to post it here, send it via EMail to support(at)lrtimelapse.com
I can't see anything wrong in that log. Also I did some more tests here with restricted folders on mac and even named them as you did, but I can't reproduce this. I also don't have any reports from other users reporting such problems.

Also please try the right click in the table after loading a sequence - does that also not work?

If you send the log via email, please also add some screenshots, maybe those could help me to see something.

I’ve sent you the log I had. Maybe I didn’t copy all the log. I will check and do it again.

I will also check about the full access to LRTimelapse and come back after that

OK i finally managed to make it work.

I've set my Mac so that for right clicking, i have to tap the trackpad with 2 fingers (just tapping) instead of clicking on the right bottom corner of the trackpad. For some reason, LRTimelapse doesn't accept the 2 fingers tap but accpets the 2 fingers CLICK. I'm sure I only tapped before, a thousand other times I used LRTimelapse. Anyway, at least I found that with clicking and not just tapping (like I do everywhere else than in LRTimelapse) it works. It's good to know

I didn't change anything in this regard and that's also nothing on which I have any influence. The mac OS should pass the same "right click" event, regardless how it's set up. Obviously it doesn't.
But I'm glad, you figured it out.
