After installing the new 5.4 version I get phantom mouse clicks that are very rapid and usually in the lower right corner of my screen but do move around some. Any chance this is a bug in the new software?

No, I don't think so. LRTimelapse runs inside a virtual machine and cannot operate programs outside or even trigger mouse clicks in other programs.

The only thing I could imagine is, that if you are on a mac, you might want to download 5.4 once again, there is an updated download with build number 619 available. In the original download, the DNG Converter was gathering focus while creating visual previews - maybe that's what you are experiencing as "Mouse clicks".
