Before I get to my issue, I just want to thank you for making such a beautiful thing possible! I love the art, patience, knowledge, and commitment it takes to actually pull one of these things off. I love it! I successfully completed my first sequence after 2 days of trail and error here is a link to it: https://youtu.be/SVHjjedJzMs    It may not be the best but I'm so proud of it. 

Back to my issue, now working on my second sequence. towards the end of the work flow after doing visual deflicker (I'm pretty sure I clicked save button after this). However, I'm trying to go back to LR and make more edits to some of the keyframes. After I make my edits, script them, go to library, select all, save metadata. 

Now, back in LRT, I'm doing something wrong because all the keyframes I re-edited have transferred over to LRT, but I can't figure out how to make all the images in-between the keyframes follow suit.

Just click on auto transition again, to connect the keyframes, then proceed through the workflow. Visuall deflicker will be preserved, but you should probably make a refine step on it.

I tried that, a couple of times, I have tried quite a few things. I started completely over this morning...I think it might be because I'm trying to use the adjustment brush on the keyframes?

Got it, I think starting over and not using adjustment brush was the solution.

The adjustment brush will not be fully animated - only the tools, not the shape can be animated.
