Hi everyone, has anybody else been left with this, on the desktop at the start of running the LRT program?, this happened after upgrading to latest version 6.1.1, it disappears after finishing loading.

Do you have any Virus Scanner or "Security" Software that might be preventing LRTimelapse from loading it's resources? Please add C:\Program Files\LRTimelapse 6 to the whitelist of those programs. Especially when there is a new version, they might be running wild and blocking access which could cause all kind of strange errors.

I have the same issue.
Just upgraded to 6.1.2 and still have the same problem, and now LRTimelapse will not load at all. The weird icon remnants just hang out on my desktop for 30 minutes or so with nothing happening in task manager.

I have Norton Anti-Virus, and I have added every LRTimelapse .exe file to the allowed programs. I've also tried disabling it entirely and it still does the same thing. I have restarted several times since upgrading, and can not get it to load.

Restart your computer. Deactivate the Virus Scanner. Those 3rd party scanners are known for causing lots of problems and they do not provide any additional security over the windows defender. It's just bloatware.
There is no such problem with LRTimelapse 6.1.2 - it's just something on your computer blocking it.
Send me the log (documents/LRTimelapse) should it happen again after deactivating your "security" software.

Uninstalled Norton and still have the same issue with loading window and VERY slow opening of program. See time stamps on log.

Please try restricting the folders that LRTimelapse shows under settings / folders. Enter only the folder(s) where your timelapses are located (parent folder).
See if that solves the problem.

Hi Gunther, I downloaded the latest version6.1.2, but alas still leave the remnant of the opening window as it is loading, then disappear when the porgram finishes loading.

Sorry I don't understand what you are saying. Is this the same problem you had before? Did you try what I suggested?
Please provide more information, maybe add a screenshot.
