Replaced battere on Pro Timer 2.5 - Won't charge

Offline

Hi,

The original battery on my Pro Timer 2.5 wouldn't any more over about 20%. I tried the Settings -> Calibrate Battery procedure but to no avail.

I went to replace the battery with an equivalent battery HJ 503035 3.7V 500 mAh, but it won't charge. Is there anything I can do to solve this?

The symptoms indicate that the charging regulator might be dead. Please write to the support address mentioned above, add your original invoice.

Same situation for me. After a stop of more of some months, the original battery has died. After this, I changed the battery with a brand new one, and the new one won't charge more. Initially, I thought was a battery issue, so I changed it with a second new battery but I have had the same issue. I'm going to write to support!
