Hola Jesus,

Saludos,

Rodrigo

I forgot to add that you also are going to need an electronic controller http://openbuildspartstore.com/cnc-xpro-...er-driver/ and the power supply to be able to control the functioning/speed of the motor, adding to the cost of the slider.

regards,

Rodrigo

Hola Jesus,

Rodrigo

I just found this on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-1-Timelapse-...7493438043 it come in different sizes.
The only worry is that it is been advertised as a DSLR GoPro, but according to the description it can move 5kg using a 9 volts battery, the Canon 5D MK III weigh 860gr, body only, even with the Tamron 150-600mm comes to nearly 3kg in weight.

Any input, back-feed would be much appreciated.

regards,

Rodrigo

Hola.

Saludos.

Hi. I had a slider made by me with a system like Ebay link. I can tell you that the rail igus going well. Very stable and I will always serve. But this engine has some problems. The first is that the motor controller is very basic. No you can never calculate the time it takes to make the trip, because they influence the weight of the camera, tilting slider, friction, charging the battery. Sometimes the car will soon end and others will stay in half. Nor you will have acceleration and braking at the beginning and end of the movement. The system will serve to learn and try, but soon run short to move forward. To me it has lasted me a few months until I have become a dynamic percepction. Much more expensive, but it is something definitive.

I hope you serve as guidance for your choice.

Greetings.

Hello Gunther

I'm looking for a complet 3 axes bundle kit very light, too.
Do you have other proposition ?

Is PT pro controller compatible with QDslrdashboard ?
I saw on the promotional video, you have to choose a fixed exposure value via the app...
How QDslrdashboard can overpass it ?

Thanks !

For controllers that require you to set the exposure in the controller (ridiculous), just ste the shortest exposure possible.
The exposure should always be set in camera.
