I'm using DNG converter version 11.4 with no issues. I installed version 12.4 and it will not open. I tried version 13. Same thing ....will not open. My PC runs
Windows 10 Pro version Built 19041. Guess I'll stay with 11.4 unless there's a very good reason to update.

If 11.4 supports all of your camera, stay with it, no problem. I'm just wondering why the newer versions don't work for you. Could it be a virus scanner or "security" software interferring? In any case this would be something to open a support case at Adobe, if you can't get it going by yourself.
