Did you try the other sorting options in Lightroom?

I have already exported over 11,000 images this way. If I could just fix the order of the exported jpegs, that would be better than re-exporting all of the thousands and thousands of jpegs that I already have copies of.

I think it will be the easiest just do a batch export / render of those sequences after the sort order has been fixed in Lightroom. This will take one night exporting without any labor from your side involved. Just select all folders together and export as a batch.
