I still see flicker in my timelapse

I have tried all possible tips that I could find in this forum. I have not used any non linear tools from lightroom. I have selected a sky portion for deflicker.
But I still see some flickering. How can I avoid this? This is my first time shooting timelapse.
I have shot in aperture priority mode.

I have pasted the preview screenshot. Any help would be much appreciated Smile

Theres not much flicker to see, but you should deflicker with a reference area on the sky. See my deflicker tutorial on how to work with the reference area.
Also you should definitely shoot with ND filter and long exposures next time, this will avoid all that birds popping up and make the water smooth.
It will make the difference between a good timelapse and a mediocre one.
I'd recommend my book to learn about the importance of shooting timelapse with long exposure times: https://lrtimelapse.com/buy/ebook/ - among many other learnings... :-)
