Hi Everyone -

Hope you are all safe and well, and washing hands! I just installed LRT 5.4. When I try to import images from my memory card (removed from camera and in a card reader), I can see the card on my Mac Desktop, but when I try to Import, the Directory appears to be stuck on my Hard Drive 1. This is a Mac Pro with 4 hard drives, an external G-RAID and then the card reader. I can't see or engage any of the other hard drives or the card reader. And the refresh arrows aren't responsive.

I am trying to keep my teenagers engaged with time-lapse projects during shelter-in-place, so any advice on what I am doing wrong or what's going on would be appreciated.

On Mac you'll find the external devices under "Volumes" in LRTimelapse. If you plugged the device after having launched LRT, you'd need to click on the refresh icon top right of a folder tree (the two circular arrows).
If the problems persist, please send me the log file (info menu).
