I set my keyframes in Lightroom, but when when I reload the data in LR Timelapse, and do the Auto Transition, it changes the metadata for the keyframes as well. Why does it do this, and is there a way to stop this from happening? I thought the point of keyframes is that only the data between the keyframes is changed.

Normally (if you do the workflow right) the Keyframes of course are not changing.
Which "Metadata" are you referring to? Why do you think it's changing?
