I'm also a Catalina user who has experienced the shut down problem. I'm testing Beta 4 now and so far so good! Thank you, Gunther! And I love the bell volume option!

I too can confirm the new Beta version fixed the issue with Mac OS Catalina and the shutdown problem. Thanks for fixing it.
