NMX Dynamic Perception controller not working

Offline
#1 vepus
Suddenly my NMX controller stopped working,

When powered on, all three axis main blue leds are on and only the left indicator light near the ethernet ports is on. No way I can establish a bluetooth connection. It is just a brick, no matter how many times I try to power on/off. Tried firmware updates but all of them failed with DPwebupdater.

Does anyone faced a similar problem with the NMX controller?

Any help or hint appreciated.

Just thinking going straight to buy a Pine II controller from Black Forest....

Same happened to me last year. As DP is dead, I bought a PINE II controller which works perfect with the renmeining DP hardware (motors). BFM offers an upgrade for such cases.

Just to throw some insights on why my NMX stopped working:
-The motor moved a tiny bit while connecting and disconnecting power
-That puts the NMX software in standby mode position
-Usually a firmware reset just removes the standby mode and back to original mode
-Turns out we can't update or reset the firmware via DPwebupdater (as DP is out of biz), it just fails uploading the software to the unit.
-The result is a fucking great piece of MoCo hardware converted to a brick. So sad ;{

Btw just ordered a new Pine II controller from Black Forest Motion, sooner or later I was doing it anyways Wink
