Is there a way I can pause playback on the visual preview and then restart it at the same point?

Right now, whenever I stop it, it restarts from the beginning of the sequence again. I want to restart from the point at which I stopped.

Shift click on play to play from the current position. You can also select a range in the table, then the playback will loop that range.
