Re-edit some develop settings without reinitializing entire sequence?

Is there is a way to make a few changes to the develop settings in a timelapse sequence without reinitializing the entire sequence and starting over from scratch? Frequently, after I render a video, I decide I'd like to make some minor tweaks (perhaps change a gradient, bump the exposure at bit, etc.) but not reinvent the wheel from the start. At present, the only technique I know is to remove the sequence from Lightroom, reinitialize the metadata in LRTimelapse, and start over from the beginning. It would be nice if I could retain the edits I like and only change those I'm not happy with.

I apologize if this has already been answered before, but I wasn't able to find the answer searching through the forum.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Of course you can just modify the keyframes in LR, save Metadata for those KF and then proceed from the 2nd workflow row in LRT. Deflicker will usually be preserved so that normally a "refine" step will be enough.

Thank you so much for the help Gunther! I'll give that a try.
