LRTimelapse supports MacOS 10.13 and younger, you might need to upgrade your OS. There is no support for older MacOS, you can see that in the EULA: https://lrtimelapse.com/eula/
I don't know exacltly about the License Terms for the Adobe DNG Converter versions. But there is a link to older Versions on the Adobe Site on https://lrtimelapse.com/install/
Please note that you need to use the corresponding DNG Converter version for the Lightroom version, otherwise you might also experience issues.
