My perfect LRT 5.4 started playing up on me today. The visual preview is working exceptionally slow and leaving red dot sometimes and visual deflicker is not available at all.
Is it me doing something wrong , any help would be much appreciated.

Without more details I'm afraid we can't really help.
Please restart your computer. Then load the sequence again. Try doing a fresh workflow, remove the sequence from Lightroom, do "Metadata / Initialize" in LRT and start over. If the problem persists, please send me the log file (info menu / show log).

Most of the time, this gets solved with restarting the computer. This happens to me once in a while especially if I'm running my After Effects concurrently or other programs like Firefox browser. I now run LR Timelapse and LR clean from other programs
