I have sometimes encountered a problem where the Visual Preview cannot render all the frames. For example, out of a sequence of 1000 frames, there will be 4 to 5 frames not rendered. This will not allow me to move to the next step to Deflicker the sequence. What is the solution for this?

First thing I'd do is turn off visual preview creation (klick on the button) then turn it on again (klick again). See if the remaining images complete now.
If not, they might be corrupt and you need to remove them.
