I´m attaching 2 files from a holly grail timelapse were the interval time skipped from 16s to 32s due to technical problems, but somehow the transition did not go through after that interval change, it just stayed unedited after that. Previous edited keyframes did make it well through the transitions.

I cannot see what happened there, but it should have anything to do with one frame missing. Maybe you should just give it a clean start: remove the sequence from LR, then in LRT do "Metadata/Initialize". Then redo the workflow as explained on https://lrtimelapse.com/workflow/
