Best process to re generate a TimeLapse

I'd save a snapshot in LRT (to preserve the current edits) and then you can start over:
Remove the sequence from Lightroom, then do "Metadata / Initialize" in LRT and do the process from the beginning.
Should you need to go back to the old edits, just reload the snapshot in LRT.
PS: If you don't want do do everything again, of course you can just modify the keyframes in LR, save Metadata for the KF and then proceed from the 2nd workflow row in LRT.
